The small traditional village of Roda is only 5 minutes drive from the villa or 15 minutes walk.

In Roda village, you will find some tavernas offering traditional Corfiot food, a small kafenion, modern cafeterias, bars, clubs, tourist shops, travel and real estate agencies, super markets and kid’s garden.

 

 

Property Description

Kostas luxurious demi stone built villa is located on the beautiful island of Corfu, 35 km North East of Corfu Town nestled only 1500 meters from the golden sandy beach of Roda. Villa is surrounded by olive trees, other trees, with stunning panoramic mountain and countryside views.

The Villa was built in 2005 to an impressively high standard, offering about 130 sq. meters of living space. It has private courtyards, garden and a spacious parking place.

Villa Kostas can sleep up to 6 individuals and includes:

First floor with the master double bedroom, & small bathroom, (with bathtub). Ground floor: 2 bedrooms both with twin beds, big fully equipment kitchen, and living room. Outside the ground floor there is a comfortable veranda.
