Who replies to my enquiry?

A living, breathing person looks into your enquiry, one of us. Requests are NOT "processed" like "purchase orders".

What if my chosen accommodation is not available?

The accommodation owner you contacted informs us in case of no availability, and we follow up your request with extra travel advice and accommodation choices to make sure that your final booking decision suits your needs!

How soon can i expect your reply with alternative choices?

We reply to you within 20 - 60 minutes during our working hours. ( Our working hours are: 09:30 am - 22:30 pm every day )

What if I need an urgent reply?

If your reservation request is especially urgent you may find it far more practical to telephone us or provide us with your phone number and we will be happy to help you promptly.

How is my reservation confirmed?

If you would like to confirm the reservation, we ask you to send the quoted deposit to our official travel agency, via online payment or bank transfer, 2 days at the latest after our confirmation. Within 24 hours, you receive a confirmation for your reservation via e-mail, complete with all the details for your records- the amounts (what you have been charged, the balance you will pay e.t.c), the rental address and phone numbers, directions of how to drive or get to the place, and any other useful info you may need. In your confirmation e-mail you will also find any other information you might have requested (suggestions for places to visit, special arrangements for taxis, car rental etc.) Our address and contact numbers are included in every single email we send you.

How do I find my way to the apartment / hotel / villa?

Whether arriving by plane, bus or boat we can offer you a taxi service to fetch you on arrival and accompany you to your apartment. Please note that you should contract this service when making your reservation, by visiting our sister website:

How do i get my keys?

On the first day of your rental period, a caretaker, or the owner will be waiting for you at the house to give you the key and show you around.

What time can i check in / check out ?

Check in time is normally after 14:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00. In the case, you will need early check in, or late check out please advise, and the owners will do their best to serve your needs. For your convenience please always mention your arrival time, and if you need driving instructions to the accommodation, when making your booking! If you plan to arrive at the property any time between 12:00pm - 07:00 am, please advise  in writing in advance preferably via email. We will confirm back how this can be arranged.

Is there a reception in the apartments/villas? What should I do in an emergency?

Most of our apartments and villas not have an actual reception but does provide a 24-hour telephone assistance service. On your arrival, you will be given a telephone number which you may call for any query, problem or emergency during 24 hrs per day.

What the prices include?

All the prices include utilities (electricity, water supply, maid services, pool cleaning, a/c, and gardening), as well as VAT and full city taxes. In the case, the use of air-condition is extra & optional, you will see that in the addon services. Some times also the cleaning service is extra, but you will see that in the listing.  Breakfast, or any meals are NOT included unless otherwise stated in the rental listing page.

I want to bring my pet. Will the property allow it?

Each vacation rental has their own policies on pets. It is listed under the rental information details.

And what about sheets and linens?

Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided, by rental owners.

What about Baby cots?

Most of the owners provide baby cot(s) for FREE!

What happens, if i wish to make changes while on holiday?

If you wish to make any change to your booking while on holiday (e.g. upgrading accommodation or extending your stay), all requests are subject to availability and any extra cost must be paid immediately direct to our travel agency.
